Research
Our research team is continuously checking the latest visualization software. On the one hand we do short and reviews to quickly inform you on the other hand we thoroughly test software using a testing methodology based on human needs and working processes not just functions. Check out e.g. our MindManager8 and iMindMap. In this structure we look at a variety of working processes and test how well the software facilitates these processes. This testing methodology is primarily focusing on work processes like brainstorming, meeting management, reporting and presenting, knowledge management, personal dashboards and online mapping.
Comparison matrices
For more experienced users a comparison of functions is also interesting although such a comparison doesn’t say much about practical use. We use the matrix export add-in for mindmanger8 to quickly generate an overview of software packages and their functions. Check out the present not completed version for mind mapping software packages here:
We are still working to complete this comparison. If you have experience with one of the software packages or if you are the manufacturer please give us your feedback and user experience.
Do you have another opinion or has something changed, please let us know.
