MindManager 9 for Mac coming this month

A few days ago Mindjet announced MindManager 9 for Mac. Business partners were invited to attend a webinar about the upcoming application. Expect a thourough test by Hypershifters as soon as we have it! MindManager version 9 for Mac will be released on June 23.

    I have made the switch to NovaMind 5 – much better product all around for my needs. 

    Love the layout and coloring options etc. Mind manager were trying to force me to upgrade a product that I had just bought less than a year previously because they couldn’t be bothered updating v8 to get it to run on Lion. 

    By contrast, NovaMind 5 was already Lion compatible, and supporting autosave, versions, full screen mode etc (things that Mind Manager 9 doesn’t even do!)

    NovaMind 5 is still officially a beta release, but it seems stable and ready for prime time – I use it every day – well worth checking it out…

    Hi John, you made a few valid points in your post. Certainly regarding the OSX Lion (in)compatibility. NovaMind 5 is a great mindmapping solution with several nice and unique features.

    Expect a review of both NovaMind 5 (beta) and MindManager 9 soon! The reviews will focus on the functionality as well as how good the software performs during quick brainstormings, setting up and managing projects etc.
