I first learned about the power of information visualization and mindmapping in 2008. Only after a proper introduction to both by Alexis van Dam and Jerre Lubberts I started to use it. It has changed and improved my work flow a lot.
Since 2007 I am studying marketing & commerce with a focus on new media and entertainment at the The Hague University. After an internship at World of Minds I got the aforementioned introduction to information visualisation and I joined Hypershifters soon after.
I have a fascination for software development, innovation and usability. My contribution to the Hypershifters community is reviewing and testing (newly) released visualization software; desktop as well as Software as a Service (SaaS).
I’m mainly involved with Hypershifters’ Dutch Chapter. I publish reviews, previews and contribute to tests and the international community as well. Please read out some of my publications at The Dutch Chapter.
